Wild Goose classes, advanced and beginning,
come together as a Community

We are fortunate to have Weegi’s master teacher, Dr. Bingkun Hu, travel to Santa Rosa each Spring and Fall to teach and inspire all class students of Wild Goose Qigong to come together, practicing in a large group, creating a warm, large energy field.

Retreats

Retreats are a break from our life with tasks and responsibilities. We can relax deeply, sensing our potential for expansion, playing with feeling good, with healing.

Held in the wild beauty of Sonoma County, Wisdom Healing Retreats emphasize the healing potential of the dynamic play of Qi and the elements; earth, air, water, fire and space. We spend the day at the beach, mountain top, river, or fireplace for a spontaneous, more relaxed kind of learning experience.

Ocean Retreats are currently being organized
for the Spring and Fall.

       The day long retreats are held at Salmon Creek Beach.
       Everyone is welcome to enjoy Qigong in wild beauty:
       the high energy of crashing waves, warm sand, and big sky.
